All incoming Direct cards will be confirmed as soon as possible via mail if there is SAE (self-addressed envelope) and 2 USD or one IRC to meet postage costs by airmail as appropriate. In order to issue a QSL for a listener report we must be able to confirm the report in our log book. The absolute minimum details that we require are Date, Time, Freq, Mode, Signal report (RST) and essentially the call of a station heard in contact with us at the time of the report. Without a callsign of a station heard in contact with us we cannot find an entry in our log to confirm your report.
